Randy Paramore, the owner, is also referred to as the "Bee Keeper." Randy is very happy with the new building, but that is certainly not his focus. "Without the people, it is just a house. Everybody has a house." Randy and the staff at BeeHive homes are definitely aiming for something much more special for each resident. Mr. Paramore states, "Our focus is to have a positive impact on the quality of life. What do we need to do with them to help them have a better day?"
