This close connection allows families to explore both assisted living and memory care options within the same trusted BeeHive community.
Short-Term Respite Care
BeeHive Homes of St. George also welcomes short-term guests through our respite care program. Whether a family caregiver needs rest, a loved one is recovering from illness, or you’d like to experience BeeHive living before making a longer commitment, respite stays provide comfort and support. Respite residents receive the same attentive care, meals, and daily assistance as our full-time residents, with rates starting at just $175 per day.

Our dedicated Memory Care home opened in 1997, just two years after the Snow Canyon BeeHive Home welcomed its first residents. Since then, we have provided compassionate, specialized care for seniors in St. George, Santa Clara, Ivins, and Washington, Utah. With only 9 private rooms, our home is intentionally small, allowing caregivers to give individualized attention, build meaningful connections, and create a true family atmosphere.
Every aspect of our Memory Care home is designed for safety and dignity. Our residence is fully secured for those at risk of wandering, and our trained caregivers provide structured routines, engaging activities, and gentle cueing to support memory and reduce anxiety. Families also find comfort in our all-inclusive pricing, which covers meals, personal care, medication management, utilities, and more—with no hidden surprises.
We are proud to participate in Utah’s New Choices Waiver program and accept the Aging Waiver for respite care, ensuring families have options to make quality care more accessible. Veterans may also qualify for Aid & Attendance benefits, and our team is happy to help families explore these resources.

The rate depends on the level of care that is needed. We do an initial evaluation for each potential resident to determine the level of care needed. The monthly rate is based on this evaluation. There are no hidden costs or fees.
Usually yes. There are exceptions, such as when there are safety issues with the resident, or they need 24 hour skilled nursing services.
No, but each BeeHive Home has a consulting Nurse available 24 – 7. if nursing services are needed, a doctor can order home health to come into the home.
Visiting hours are adjusted to accommodate the families and the resident’s needs… just not too early or too late.
Yes, each home has rooms designed to accommodate couples. Please ask about the availability of these rooms.
