Our home is licensed for just 22 residents, which means our caregivers don't just know names — they know preferences, routines, and the little things that make each day feel right.
Residents enjoy 24-hour caregiver support, private bedrooms with fully accessible bathrooms, medication management and documentation, three home-cooked and dietitian-approved meals daily, housekeeping and laundry services, social activities and outings, and daily opportunities for physical and mental engagement. All in a true home setting — not a facility.
Memory Care
Our memory care program is built around the understanding that every person living with Alzheimer's or dementia still has a story worth honoring. At BeeHive Homes of Arrowhead, we are licensed for directed care, which means our team is trained and equipped to support residents through every stage of memory loss — with patience, dignity, and genuine compassion.
Individual needs are recognized from day one. Our professional care staff conducts thorough assessments when each resident joins the BeeHive family, and continues evaluating on a regular basis as needs naturally evolve over time. Respite residents are welcomed into the full BeeHive experience — a furnished private room, three nutritious home-cooked meals a day with snacks, genuine interaction with our residents and caregiving staff, and activities tailored to their needs and interests. The owner is hands-on and personally involved in the daily life of this home. These dedicated caregivers have built a team that treats every person who walks through the door like an extension of their own family.
Located just off 69th Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale's Arrowhead corridor, our home is minutes from Abrazo Arrowhead Campus and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center — giving families confidence that excellent medical resources are always close by.

We provide assisted living, directed memory care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, and respite (short-term) care. Our home is licensed as an Assisted Living Center–Directed, which means we are equipped to support residents who need a higher level of daily care and memory support.
BeeHive Homes of Arrowhead is licensed for 22 residents. That small size is intentional — it allows our caregiving team to build genuine, personal relationships with every resident and provide the kind of individualized attention that larger communities cannot offer.
In most cases, yes. We are committed to caring for our residents through their journey. Exceptions may arise if a resident requires 24-hour skilled nursing services or presents safety concerns that exceed what our home can accommodate. We work closely with families and healthcare providers to ensure smooth, compassionate transitions whenever they are needed.
Our home has a consulting nurse available 24/7. If nursing services are needed, a physician can order home health care to be provided directly in the home. Our trained caregiving staff is on-site around the clock for daily support, medication management, and emergency response.
We welcome family visits and work to accommodate schedules flexibly. We simply ask that visits happen at reasonable hours so our residents can maintain healthy daily routines. We believe family connection is essential, and we never want policies to get in the way of that.
Yes. We have rooms designed for couples who want to stay together. Availability varies, so we encourage you to ask early during the tour and assessment process.
Every day includes three home-cooked meals, planned life enrichment activities, social interaction with fellow residents and caregivers, and time to relax in our common areas or secure outdoor courtyard.
