Our home is a one-floor 22-unit, memory care & assisted living that strives to provide a homey place for your loved ones. Uniquely designed, our senior living services offer residents more access to personal care. By keeping our homes smaller with professional, skilled caregivers, our residents can have their needs addressed personally. For us, providing quality care in a residential setting and meeting all health, social, and emotional needs of our residents to help uplift their spirits and boost their quality of life is paramount. Suite Rental

Suite Rental Packages

Residents have a private suite complete with their very own fully accessible bathroom. We encourage residents and families to decorate the suite according to their own personal tastes.  We can even accommodate couples if desired!

All suite rental packages include the following:

  • Three home cooked meals plus snacks (dietician approved)
  • Planned life enrichment activities
  • Hair salon and whirlpool spa room
  • Comfortable home with controlled access (smoke free)
  • Secured outdoor backyard and patio
  • Light housekeeping (garbage emptied and bed made daily)
  • Utilities (including DirectTV and 50" TV in room)
  • Wi-Fi internet access
  • Private Suite $2850-$3,750
  • Deluxe Suite $3,750-$4,800
  • Second Occupant Fee $1,200
Care Packages

Personal Care Packages

Our Personal Care Packages are all-inclusive and individualized to meet each resident’s health and safety needs. Those needs are established following an assessment by the Registered Nurse and are scored on a service cost form. Points are based on the resident’s functional abilities, such as dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, eating, ambulation, transferring, and bed mobility. Cognitive function is also taken into consideration.

All personal care packages include the following:

  • Staff on-site 24/7; RN on-call 24/7
  • Care providers specifically trained on memory loss and managing higher levels of care needs
  • RN care coordination with other professionals such as physician, pharmacist, therapies, etc.
  • On-going clinical assessment and care plan revisions
  • Assistance to meals, activities, including reminders and redirection
  • Basic medication management with preferred pharmacy
  • Personal call system (if desired)
  • Level A $1,800
  • Level B $2,350
  • Level C $2,900

Other Fees

Besides the services included in the suite and care packages, we also offer other conveniences to our residents and families. Additional fees may apply.

  • Assistance with arranging transportation to medical and social service appointments
  • Assistance with accessing community resources and social services
  • On-site Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Podiatry services
  • Additional home health and hospice services
  • Additional loads of laundry
  • Guest meals
  • Reservation fee will convert to community fee upon move-in
  • Community fee is a one time setup fee for new residents
  • Reservation Fee $1,000
  • Community Fee $1,500

Frequently Asked Questions

The rate depends on the level of care that is needed. We do an initial evaluation for each potential resident to determine the level of care needed. The monthly rate is based on this evaluation. There are no hidden costs or fees.

Usually yes. There are exceptions, such as when there are safety issues with the resident, or they need 24 hour skilled nursing services.

No, but each BeeHive Home has a consulting Nurse available 24 – 7. if nursing services are needed, a doctor can order home health to come into the home.

Visiting hours are adjusted to accommodate the families and the resident’s needs… just not too early or too late.

Yes, each home has rooms designed to accommodate couples. Please ask about the availability of these rooms.

Yes, BeeHive Homes admits residents that require the use of wheel chairs.

Yes, Lower level Alzheimer and Dementia residents are admitted to Beehive Homes and more advanced cases are admitted in to one of our secure Alzheimer’s / Memory Care Homes.

Yes, Residents are encouraged to continue to be as involved as they like with their local family members. We coach the family with regard to medication administration and other special needs of the resident that they may be unfamiliar with when a resident leaves the facility for any period of time.
