- Team Member must work a minimum of 32 hours tracked by our KRONOS Time keeping system (Starts on the Pay Period after the Tuition Application Form is signed to the Pay Period that ends after the last day of class.)
- Worked at BeeHive for 180 days without interruptions before enrolling in a course
- Courses must be approved no later than the first day of class by Team Leader, HR, and Owner and classes must be directly or reasonably related to the Team Member's present job and/or be apart of a degree program
- BeeHive will provide full reimbursement for tuition including required course fees for all passing grades (A, B, C for undergraduates and at least a B for graduate classes. For a Pass/Fail course, a Pass is acceptable)
- Team Member has received a written warning within 3 months prior to seeking approval: or
- Team Member has received a written warning at any time after approval has been granted and before the course is completed.

BeeHive Caregiver

Starting Pay: $14-$18/hr (Depending on shift)
Potential Shift Openings:
Full Time Shifts: Day Shift, Split Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift,
Part Time Shifts: On-Call, "Short" Shift (4pm-9pm)

Work closely with your Caregiver Manager to make the right decisions in creating a thriving environment where your residents can feel joy on the daily and your team can feel confident in doing their roles correctly. They say everything is better in pairs and that's definitely true with our Assistant Caregiver Managers. We're looking for dedicated team players who our Caregiver Managers can trust. Ones who can step up to the daily challenges of this role and bring success to their home. We're looking for individuals with a passion in building teams but also building trust not only to their team members but also their residents. Someone who's passion shows no bounds.
