"Where do I begin? I cannot say enough good things about Beehive Homes in Lafayette! This brand new facility opened in Lafayette earlier this year and my mom was their very first resident. After my stepdad passed away, our family visited and toured other facilities, but nothing compared to Beehive Homes. The concept is much different than your typical assisted living facility. The residents receive more one-on-one attention and care. The daily routine at Beehive emulates more of your own home rather than just an ordinary nursing home or assisted living facility, and that, in itself, was the most important deciding factor for us. My mom was adamant about not living in a "nursing home", but Beehive is different in that all residents are memory care. The staff and owners have gone above and beyond to make sure each and every resident is treated like family.
