At BeeHive Homes of Crownridge, we believe assisted living should feel like home — not a facility. That belief has guided every nail, every beam, and every decision as we've expanded our Crownridge Village with a brand-new second home, now nearing completion.
What started as open Hill Country land in late 2025 has transformed into a beautiful 24-bed residence — with siding up, the roof on, and interior work well underway. Soon, even more families in northwest San Antonio will have a place where their loved ones can be genuinely cared for, known by name, and loved like family.
What the New Building Will Offer?
We’ve seen a growing need in our community for senior living that balances personal attention with freedom of choice. Our expansion allows us to serve a few more residents—without ever losing the close-knit feel that makes BeeHive different.
This new space will offer:

A New Landmark on Camp Bullis Road
You can't miss us anymore—and that's exactly the point.
Our new monument sign now stands proudly at the front of the BeeHive Homes of Crownridge property, facing Camp Bullis Road with a full-color LED display that's visible day and night. It was a monumental effort to install—a crane lifted the sign into place on its custom stone base—and the result is something we're incredibly proud of.
The LED panel cycles through the services we offer, from assisted living and memory care to respite stays and our upcoming expansion. Whether you're a neighbor driving by or a family searching for care options in northwest San Antonio, our sign is a warm, bright reminder that a loving home is right here.

Building 2: From Open Land to a New Home
We've been documenting every step of this journey—and the transformation has been remarkable.
The Beginning — Open Hill Country
Before construction began, the expansion site was natural Texas Hill Country terrain—scrub brush, rolling hills, and wide-open sky. Just next door, Building 1 was already full of life, and families were already asking: "Will there be more room?"
December 2025 — Foundation Work
First Quarter 2026 — A Building Takes Shape
Just over two months later, the progress is extraordinary. The structure now stands complete with exterior siding, a full roof, windows throughout, and HVAC systems visible on the roofline. Interior work is underway—and the building already has the unmistakable look of a BeeHive home. What was open land just months ago is now nearly ready to welcome its first residents.
