The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award is a distinguished honor recognizing assisted living communities and long-term care facilities that excel in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. The award program, based on the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence criteria, acknowledges facilities at three levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
The Bronze Quality Award is the first step in a rigorous process of demonstrating excellence in care, and only facilities that meet stringent quality criteria are recognized.
